WANstart Consultants will:
- Work with you to choose the optimal architecture for your deployment
- Review your existing architecture
- Share best practices
- Help redesign your network to maximise gains from deploying NX, VX, and VRX appliances
- Configure a handful of your appliances to “show you the ropes”
- Show you how to develop configuration templates to automate additional deployments
Target Audience
IT managers interested in becoming self-sufficient in the deployment of Silver Peak’s WAN optimisation. More specifically, individuals who want to:
- Manage additional rollouts of Silver Peak appliances
- Deploy NX, VX and VRX appliances in remote and unstaffed sites

Requirements
Pre-requisites for WANstart are an existing and active maintenance contract with CDG for Silver Peak Appliances.
It is recommended that Silver Peak’s Global Management System (GMS) be deployed in the network with full management access to all Silver Peak appliances.
Pricing and Scope
The service is offered as a fixed-price, fixed-deliverable engagement with 10 hours of consultant time.
